CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% deposit is required to secure any appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost at the time of your visit. By reserving your appointment, you acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable. If canceled outside of 48 hours, the deposit will remain as a credit toward a future visit. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the original service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before rescheduling. Thank you for understanding and valuing our time as we value yours! Adjustment + Refund Policy We want you to love your hair! If you feel an adjustment is needed, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment and adjustments must be made with the same stylist who performed your service. Adjustment's are made to fine tune the look that we created together, not to change the original style or color direction + we will do our best to get you in within a few days of original appointment. After 7 days or if you'd like something different than originally requested, a new appointment will be required. Please note: we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to working with you to ensure you leave feeling confident and beautiful.
