CANCELLATION POLICY

Anna Aesthetics Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Anna Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and the availability of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking a future appointment. Each appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. If a second schedule change is needed, a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee will apply, regardless of how much notice is provided. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided for each appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or shortened, depending on the service and remaining appointment time. If the appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, a 100% late cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
